Action for REACH OUT is a non-governmental organisation established in 1993. We offer services and support to women working in the sex industry. We firmly believe that sex work is a legitimate occupation and we advocate the acceptance of sex workers' rights and sex work decriminalisation. We are looking for suitable candidates for the following position:

Programme Officer (Full-time)

-- To deliver HIV prevention education.
-- To participate in routine outreach (onsite and online), case following and hotline handling.
-- To organise activities and develop training programmes for female sex workers
-- To process materials for publication, e.g. educational materials for sex workers, newsletters, website and social media etc.
-- To systematise AFRO’s data archives

Requirements:
-- Clear commitment to the aims and values of Action for REACH OUT.
-- A minimum of 1 year working experience, preferably with a non-governmental organisation.
-- Bachelor degree in relevant fields.
-- Mature, highly motivated, able to work independently and also in a team.
-- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-- Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese, communicable in Putonghua.
-- Proficient MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
-- Available for out-of-hours outreach work.
